One morning I decided to hike a loop from Glacier Point lookout up Sentinel Dome, around to Taft Point and back. It was overcast and cold. A couple of times it rained. The drops were just starting to freeze when they landed. But while on Sentinel Dome the clouds broke for a few minutes over Half Dome and later El Capitan. It was awesome! I couldn't get my camera out fast enough. I got just a few pictures and then it clouded up again. But I love these shots.
