After the Grand Tetons, I spend the night at the Clark Reservoir. The following day I went to the Bannack State Park. Bannack is an old mining town, once the capital of the Montana Territory and now an ghost town turned state park. We were there many years ago when our daughter Michele lived and worked in the area. It's a fun place to take pictures. Here's a few:

Afterwards I went to the Big Hole National Monument and then camped in the Beaverhead National Forest. Once again I was the only one in this large campground. From there I went home via Missoula, Mt. where I did some Christmas shopping. That's it. I'm home now. It feels good to be home for a while even though I absolutely loved this trip and am looking for to more great adventures. I have no plans yet. With my daughter expecting and due in early January, I doubt that there will be any more long trips for a while, maybe a short one mid winter.
