Yellowstone Canyon

At night the temperature dropped to 26 degrees. So in the morning I decided against riding the motorcycle and drove the motor home to the Yellowstone Canyon. Took two hikes down the canyon walls to platforms that gave some interesting views of the falls and the canyon.

This is the view partway down the canyon at a place called Red Rock

An this is from the other side of the canyon at the bottom of Uncle Tom's Trail

And of course I had to stop at Artist Point.

The typical Artist Point picture. This viewpoint was pretty crowded even thou the parking lot was nearly empty (it's huge). I can't imagine what it must be like trying to get a picture during the summer crowds.

If you turn around at Artist Point, this is what you see. Nice!
