We, Mark and Mona, are retired, dividing our time between family in Western Washington (Seattle), North Idaho (Rose Lake and Sand Point) and where ever else we can go in the travel trailer, pop-up camper or sailboat to spend some time exploring. Mark started his blog, Knotaklu (knotaklu.blogspot.com), years ago to record his travels and family events. After we met and Mona retired we continued the blog to record our travel adventures together. Mona started keeping a journal of our adventures when we traveled to Alaska in the RV. Mark was so impressed by them that he did some serious arm twisting to get her to share them on the blog. Since then, some of the writing is Mona's with most pictures by Mark.
My brother and sister in laws, Jim and Donna, came over from the Seattle area for a few days. We had a great time with them.
Spend one day riding the Hiawatha trail. This is such a great ride. I bet Saray was the youngest rider on the trail, even though she only road a few hundred feet.
Michele, Saray and I met the riders at the half way point. Right by there we saw a moose in the middle of the road. The second one we've seen in the last few days.
Jim and Donna road a section of the Coeur d'Alene Trail the next day.
