My oldest daughter who lives Coeur d'Alene Idaho is 8 1/2 month pregnant so we decided to celebrate Christmas here, in Northern Idaho, this year.

A week or so before Christmas we got a few inches of snow, most of which melted. We did have a dusting remaining, so I guess it qualifies as a "White Christmas". Last year we had 3 feet of snow now.

Since Michele couldn't travel, Stan's family also came to Coeur d'Alene from Montana. They celebrated Christmas the afternoon of Christmas Eve. We joined them later for dinner and some Christmas cheer. This is Stan's sister Sue with her daughter Faith. Saray idolizes Faith. They are great friends despite the age difference.

One of the events that evening was making Christmas cookies.

Saray and I had a great time decorating cookies.

Stan's folks, Ralph and Janice.

The next afternoon we gathered at my place on Rose Lake. Santa left presents in stockings here too.

Eric got this wonderful designer blouse for Michele. Or so he said. Michele took the bait "hook line and sinker". Here she realizes she has been "had" by her brother and her real present was spa treatments.
I hope you all had as good or better Christmas as us. Ours was great!!!
