Guest Bathroom Remodel

One of the first things I wanted to do when I bought this house was remodel the two bathrooms, especially the guest bathroom. It had stick on tiles on the floor, not lined up very well and several were starting to lift up. The toilet didn't work very well and the wall paper border was ugly and starting to come off in spots. I didn't like the medicine chest chest and really disliked the sink and cabinet. Last month I decided to start the remodel.

This is the before picture.

And this is the after. The cabinet is smaller but fits the room nicely, leaving plenty of room to get around it to the tub and shower. It now has a much larger mirror, is considerably brighter, has a toilet that actually works well, and nice tile on the floor.

I don't have a before picture of the tub enclosure, but trust me, this looks a thousand times better. I decided to leave the shower walls for another time. All in all, I am really pleased with the new look. Sometime later this year I'll tackle the master bathroom.
